Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Water Department announced the release of their annual Water Quality Report, detailing specific issues pertaining to the quality of drinking water that it provides to its customers. As part of a recent U.S. Environmental Protection Agency mandate, water utilities across the country will now begin producing annual reports that are designed to educate and inform consumers.
“Although a requirement, we view this report as a vehicle to open communications with our customers,” says the Board of Water Commissioners. “This is our opportunity to educate our customers and show them all of the hard work and effort that goes into making their water safe.”
Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Water Department will be mailing to its customers a copy of the Water Quality Report along with the January billing. Also, they wish to make the report available to anyone interested. If you are not a customer, but would still like a copy of the report, they are available at libraries and post offices located in the District and all District offices, online at commwater.com or by clicking here.
