Dennis is excited to bring new initiatives featuring an emphasis on guest service and satisfaction, while adhering to the highest quality standards of the hotel and restaurant operations. The Heritage House Hotel returned to year-round operations in 2015, and according to Mr. Martino, “Dennis Callahan is the right person at the right time to galvanize the staff and the operations to make the Heritage House and CHAUNCY’s the premier destination in Hyannis”.
