Join Cape Cod’s only Culinary Incubator for a fabulous meal that will benefit all ages. Your attendance will help develop culinary job skills and the ability to meet entrepreneurial goals of food makers. You will help us lease a commercial kitchen, plus kitchen equipment, insurance, and to hold culinary workshops for members and the public. Culinary incubators enable foods to not only be produced but to be marketed and sold publicly on Cape Cod and elsewhere.
The event will be held at Mac’s Seafood in Provincetown @ 85 Shank Painter Rd. Mac is donating this splendid 5 course feast to help our non profit grow our culinary vision for people of all ages. For only $75 per person you can savor an amazing 5 course Japanese / New England meal serving seafood and savory beef ribs plus the joy of partaking of a fabulous Silent Auction, with wine and dessert.
